Refund policy

You can exchange your piece for a different size or another product within 14 days of delivery. Simply get in touch at info@mathildasstudio.com, and I’ll be happy to assist you. Please note that the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs in the event of an exchange.

As all pieces are made to order, returns are not accepted.

If you experience any issues with your order or receive a piece that isn’t quite right, please don’t hesitate to get in touch. I’ll do my best to find a solution.
